1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eziwin ("eziwin," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eziwin.vip.

By accessing the eziwin platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the eziwin platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and eziwin.

2.Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the eziwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for real-money gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where access to and use of the eziwin platform is lawful.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of eziwin or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from eziwin or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You are not registered on any national exclusion registry or PAGCOR's list of excluded players.

eziwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including during the withdrawal verification process. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine national ID (PhilSys), driver's license, passport, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) eziwin account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or "bonus-farming" accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control, to which OTP verification messages will be sent;
• A secure password that meets eziwin's minimum complexity requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eziwin account credentials. eziwin will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify eziwin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

eziwin reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4.Deposits & Payments

eziwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at eziwin's sole discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱20.00. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed in your eziwin account at the time of deposit.

• All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits.
• eziwin does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited into your eziwin account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits suspected to be sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
• eziwin is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a failed or duplicate deposit, you must notify eziwin support within 24 hours with supporting transaction records.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from within your logged-in eziwin account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, eziwin may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of ownership of your registered payment account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered eziwin account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within 1–4 banking hours on weekdays.
• eziwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse.
• Winnings derived from free credits, bonus funds, or promotional play that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• eziwin will not process withdrawal requests to a payment account different from the one used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of payment method has been formally verified by the eziwin compliance team.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

eziwin offers various promotional offers, bonuses, cashback programs, and free game credits to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general provisions apply to all eziwin bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified Philippine resident players aged 21 and above who hold a single eziwin account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific turnover requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• eziwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, and coordinated bonus exploitation — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculation, eziwin's records shall be deemed conclusive.

7.Prohibited Conduct

When using the eziwin platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any eziwin game or service;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in eziwin systems for financial advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any live dealer or card game;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any eziwin software, content, or intellectual property;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward eziwin staff or other players via any eziwin communication channel.

eziwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required.

8.Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the eziwin platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of eziwin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the eziwin platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any eziwin content.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eziwin, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the eziwin platform;
• Technical faults, system downtime, server failures, or internet connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your eziwin account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• The actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators;
• Any betting or wagering decision made by you on the eziwin platform.

eziwin does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of its platform and shall not be liable for losses resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance periods. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the eziwin website where practicable.

10.Account Suspension & Closure

eziwin may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive to close the account;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, eziwin reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be released to the player via their verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may voluntarily close your eziwin account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method upon closure.

11.Responsible Gaming

eziwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all eziwin account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from within your account settings.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic notifications when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. eziwin operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and these Terms are subject to the rules, regulations, and directives issued by PAGCOR from time to time.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your eziwin account, or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the following manner:

1. You must first contact eziwin's support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. eziwin will respond to complaints within five (5) business days.
2. If the matter is not resolved informally, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
3. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.Amendments to These Terms

eziwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the eziwin platform and/or by SMS to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the eziwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using eziwin and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
